I'm working on Hermes, a distributed Database with high consistency
Description
Distributed databases have become more and more common nowadays, many of which are powered by the very interesting RAFT algorithm. A common tradeoff in distributed systems is to have eventual consistency in the data in exchange for speed and resilience; not anymore! I started working on a database that can yield high consistency even in a distributed setting, and my goal is to have it be right up there amongst the best in performance.
